Does anyone have any actual data about how many parts verify at nominal voltage, but fail verification at the limits? It seems to me that the value of verification at Vdd extremes would be directly related to such statistical information. Then it begs to ask the question, what do you do if it fails verification at one of the Vdd extremes? Reprogram?
