Yes, that's what I feared... there was the hope that there is some kind of itsibitsi loop hole where my app can fit through :) Anyway, they appear to sell them in the USA without cert. I wonder how they import them (seem to come from down under)... you need to fill out an FCC form when importing into the USA. (I've been around on your site; thanks for maintaining that.)
