Thanks again! Absolutely. It looks like TUV would be the best for most of those, TUV and UL. Environ does pretty much only environmental testing: temp, humidity, dust-fastness, HALT, etc. TUV will do the EM testing. There will likely be a lab MUCH closer than the Minneapolis area. You'll want to test the device in as close to actual use conditions as possible: grounded if it will be grounded, with the power supply grounded and isolated through ferrites, etc. There seems to be a bit of art involved in getting a device through testing- you obviously want to test the device and not the power supply or PC driving it.
