Out of interest Vasile how do you go about prototyping with BGA
packages? Do you just knock up the whole design and have it
manufactured as a short run? Or do you have some way of soldering BGAs
in-house?

I'd like to start using BGAs in my designs. Unfortunately short-run
board manufacture in Australia is ridiculously expensive. I might have
to look off-shore if this is the only option.
