Sorry, I have both SDRAM and FLASH onboard, the SRAM package thickness is ok.
The FLASH BGA package I'm looking for is VFBGA with 0.6mm the body
thickness and 0.4mm balls diameter. It's the smallest I found.

yes, but the TSSOP are large...:(  I've measured the Spansion TSSOP
and are about 1.05mm)
