Hi,

I have a serious problem in founding a 16 bit wide 3.3V NOR FLASH with
64Mbyte capacity (512Mbit) and an overal thickness below 1mm (max 0.8mm).
I found the Spansion S29GL512, but the total thickness including balls
could be between 1mm to 1.4mm which is too much for my application.

Any feasable suggestion greately appreciated.
