Thanks for the help - unfortunately whilst that page is still there, I tried
phoning the number on it and it is unavailable. I then tried contacting the
number on the main altronix.co.uk web site, and it appears that they took
over only the serial adapters from the former owners, and were unable to
help me with my problem. Tried all this before I asked here!

Thanks anyway.

Surely there must be somebody else out there with one of these who can at
least give me some info?
