Palm had a program they used to control the Palms on the stand from 
the PC.  Drawing a blank on the name right now but I think it was for 
the 505-515 models but works on almost any.

You can buy a replacement 515 screen with digitizer from several 
places for about $45 as well as main boards and case parts.
