I just ordered some boards from Futurlec. They said that they shipped the boards but I don't recognize the tracking code: VG 853 018 115 US EMS Their time estimate was correct in my case. I'll let you know how the quality is. 6 boards double sided 1.8x2.65 inches w/soldermask $57 + $16 s/h = $12.33 each 100 boards would be about $3.60 a piece.
