Yes, I've tried MoneyBookers for a group-buy at diyaudio.com that was based in the UK. Moneybookers never confirmed my account after giving them my credit card info, so I was unable to use my account or pay for the group-buy after giving them my CC info. Others had gotten it to work, but they didn't respond to my email.
