Have an issue of putting the 18F8310 into debug mode....get the standard error

  I have the chip using the internal oscillator, and I know that should work because Ive done the same thing with a 16F913.  I had the PortB 6,7 pins tied to some other devices so I isolated them thinking they were loading it but I still can't get it to go into the debug mode.  I have a NOP after the 0x0000 location, so thats good.

  This should work ok in debug mode right?
   
  Any ideas ?  Getting tired of debugging in program mode and lighting LEDs...
