I'm now playing with the sx tech board an the sx key to program him. 

I took the items like diliverd and played with them. I cood program an go into debug mode. Everyting was working fine. The only thing I found a bit fridgile was the wy the key is pligged into th board. So I made a nice metal box to put the sx key in. One the one side I led the DB9 came true so I could plugg in the serial cableand on the other side I extenden the 4 pins with a little cable (+/- 15cm) with a vonnector on I could plug in the pins on the tech board. I can use the same connector when I need to program in cercuit. But then the problems began. I can program the sx. that is no problem but wen I enter debug mode It is always saying "IDLE" and alle the buttons are gray. I now redone everything and now everything is working again. I think it is because I extended the 4 pins.

 

Is somebody knowing why??? I dond't want to damage my sx key so I want to protekt him with an housing. 

If it is not possible, has someone an other idea???
