Phillip, I expressed my opinion on a particular theme not on a person. I would not discuss any person on the List, I am not God to judge anybody. Well, getting on personalities, yes, Olin is not a perfect mentor, but, definitely, he is a good one in my opinion. And he has not to be a perfect mentor, he is a good engineer.
