For small quantities or prototyping, you could call local machine
shops and find one with a CNC laser or waterjet cutter.  When you're
in a hurry it helps to talk face-to-face with a machinist.

For large quantities, you'll have to pay for some tooling.  But after
that the parts are cheap to stamp out.
