Try these guys -

They have standard fence designs they
will bend as required to fit your outline.  They also will make
up the lids, either solid metal or with punched holes for
ventilation.  Try to get fences that have the smallest
dimension from the top of the PCB to the bottom of
the fence to reduce EMI leakage.
