I believe the documentation is not that bad. I think it is not that difficult
for people to set up the development environment. Of course more
examples on how to set up a new project will help.

The only use of the online environment I can think of is to get people
using an unsupported OS like Linux or OS//2 to be able to use the
development environment.

Other than that I think the whole idea of web farm for a
not-so-commonly-used development environment is a waste of time.
