I use USPS Global Express all the time when I am having stuff shipped to me
in Ireland from the USA. It takes about 5 working days. I have not had one
take longer than 8 days yet. Just be sure to fill in the green customs tag
properly. Sample size is small though, only 15 packets in the last 6 months.
