Some of the folks at sans.org that work in the security field may also 
be interested in helping you out as a case-study.  Hard to say, they 
probably have plenty of them, these days.  You might find a person who's 
working on a higher-level SANS certification who needs a real-world 
security example to investigate for their required paper.
