Transcend makes MMCs up to 2GB.

Anything over 4GB is SDHC (as are some 4GB cards), which is not
protcol-compatible with SD (MMC and SD use 32-bit addrressing, so can
only address 4GB).  I don't know if SDHC includes SPI support.
