I'm not quite following what you are suggesting and what problem you are
trying to solve.  I guess you don't want people to need to install the whole
environment just to build a project?  That means the build has to be run on
your machine where all but the specific project files live, with standard
include files, linker scripts, etc on your machine?  How would your machine
know how to get the project-specific source files from the user's machine?

I don't know that much about high end web and server mechanics, so I'm
really asking.
