I use Paint Shop Pro (JASC added vector layers and tools a few versions ago). It is now Paint Shop Pro Photo and part of Corel http://www.corel.com (so long, Jets And Software Company). I really like being able to use just one graphics program for vector, bitmap and photo retouch work. Paint Shop Pro, 90% of the features of Adobe Photoshop CS2 at only 15% of the price.
