I have a bunch of cables we made up with RJ on one end and 2x5 header connectors on the other. Also have a few with single row connectors for some applications. We recently bent a pin inside the RJ connector on the ICD, so had to open it up to replace it. I noticed that it LOOKS like there's a footprint for another connector in there, perhaps a header.
