We send them out to a "professional" assembly house. And pay extra for guaranteed x-ray and rework. The most recent troubles were strange signal drifts. After x-raying again and seeing nothing, we tore the parts off and found leftover flux. So do we talk with them again to try to instill quality or jump out of the frying pan and into the fire? Will the next place be better or worse?
