I don't think the 2Gbit chips are out yet, but some of the chip
stacking companies like http://www.3d-plus.com/ look like they are
stacking 512Mbit or 1Gbit die to yield up to 8Gbit in a single
footprint.  I don't see SDRAM at 2.5V, but they have DDR at that
voltage.  I would expect prices to be "scary."
