1. There is ample source available on the internet that could serve as
reference:
- my WISP and Wisp628 (and Rob Hamerlings improvemets)
- Olins programmers
- pickit2
so you should be able to find out for yourself.

2. think logically. some commands have no data. how could that ever be
implemented when the data comes first?
