Applied as a "paint" by spray can. Expensive pe can but goes a long way. A fairly fine mist - les than cosmetically fully paint coated, impart bulk surface conductivity to a plastic container. Also "cold galvanising" zinc bearing paint may be suitable and will be cheaper.
