Isnt it amazing when you contract with someone.....how they can go off the deep end? In that situation right now....but there is 3 guys in the partnership...and two of them actually told me to ignore the third guy, anything he says, and don't copy him on emails....guess he went off his meds?  So the project moved forward without him but I often wonder when he might pop up again :-)
