Wow, I haven't had any of those problems aside from the fact that if you layout the board and change the schematic to alter the connectivity, it won't realize that you changed it. I would have to speak with an Altium FAE to get the details on that one. But otherwise I don't see how you can say they haven't touched SCH for 15 years...
