Shawn, If you have recorded the calibration value before it was lost, you can check the box "Allow ICD2 to program calibration memory" and put the value you recorded in the text box there. If you didn't record it, I think 0x80 is a good starting point. After that the calibration memory will be restored the next time you program the device/header.
