Armed, ready to take off and do something besides training flights? With
pilots and staff on duty 365/24 so that they can be in the air in a matter
of minutes? Known to the NORAD staff and under their control, immediately

See, with James I assume that those people are not outright idiots. And if
the one says that he rather doesn't send the other two in the air right
now, because then their fuel would go out at just about the same time as
the first two's fuel... It seems he didn't have more than 4 to send out,
doesn't it? Where were the way more jets then?
