Our products are generally the size of two-way mobile radios and must be made of metal (aluminum) since they are used in RF environments. We have sheet metal companies punch, drill, fold and paint our enclosures. It seems like no matter what product we're working on, then enclosure always costs $30 +/- 10% in qty 100-200. I'm also interested in finding cheaper solutions. Carey -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
