i have a number of pages, some of them as parts of existing (non-drm) pdfs,
some of them in word and some in other applications (all of which i can
easilly convert to pdf with a free tool like pdfcreator).

does anyone know of any free (as in beer) software that can merge pages
picked out from various pdfs into a single pdf?
