I can't, of course. I wouldn't mind if it were better allocated
(which is of course subjective), less subject to scandal 
(Abramoff, Cunningham & MZM et. al), or not taxed twice...

Let's not get into a tax debate. Just pretend I was astounded
that there's that much tax on top of the income tax, and
I expressed that astoundment in a sub-optimal manner...
