I'm wondering if anyone can point me towards a popular 16F family PIC.  I
need an A/D, fairly low pint count and a 4 sided package.  Chip must be
readily available.  Beyond that, the rest of the spec such as speed, etc.
are pretty wide open.

I was thinking of the 16F88, but it doesn't quite have the availability I
would prefer, and it's expensive in the QFN package.
