Maybe a small clarification: the announced price will be the charged price
(insofar not "visible"), but the VAT will be, as always, stated on the
invoice (insofar clearly "visible").

Exactly. Charging imports with VAT (and exempting exports) has the purpose
of leveling the field: everything sold has the same tax on it.
