u use 1 cable for programming and debugging. The header can be used for programming and debugging... Very unfriendly doc there. 1 end cable from the ICD2 to the other end to the target. John. I suggest STRONGLY that you first wire some PIC up first using the ICD2 power. It does not necessary need to be the intended target. This is to learn a bit more on the intended cap. of the ICD2.
