This is version 10.1 that I am using.  My biggest gripe...coming from Viewdraw, is the abilty to find single ended nets.  Running the DRC allows you to find pure single ended, but if the net has lets say...a R and C, then its no longer single ended.  Viewdraw had the nice tool of XREF, where it would print out next to the net each and every page the net was tied to, thus if you don't have a page next to the net...it doesnt go anywhere. 
   
  Yes I also use Eagle, and it doenst but most my Eagle schematics are only a few pages and can maintain the sanity of connections.
