I can't get a PIC18F452 to PLL (x4).
I've used these chips in MANY projects with no problems with PLL,
but on my latest test board, (which worked for several days) it has 
dropped out of PLL.
Yes, I changed the chip, same results.
Yes, the MPLAB shows the configuration to be HS/PLL.
Yes, I re-programmed them.
What am I missing here?
