I'd hate to have to replace an empty reel somewhere in the middle! :-) >From the pictures it's not clear if they are, but I'd have the lathe(s?), drills, grinder etc. in a separate room from the electronics. Dust and swarf don't make for a good soldering environment... I don't know what the large fabric hopper-looking thing is. Originally I thought it was for plastic packing chips, but it doesn't seem to be over a packing bench!
