If the Wisp628 could support the PICPRG protocol before, I can't think of a reason is couldn't now. Parts of the firmware would probably have to be jettisoned since support for all PIC types doesn't fit into the 16F648A of a EasyProg either. There are assembly time switches in the firmware just for that purpose. Of course you could just get a EasyProg and save yourself a lot of porting work. Otherwise the suggestion of porting the Wisp628 firmware to the EasyProg sounds like a good one to me ;-) ****************************************************************** Embed Inc, Littleton Massachusetts, (978) 742-9014. #1 PIC consultant in 2004 program year. http://www.embedinc.com/products -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
