If one would do the same effort *today* (that is, porting
the current EasyProg firmware over to the Wisp628 hardware)
would that "programmer" then also support the dsPIC's
currently supported by the EasyProg ?

Or is there some hardware "problem" with the current Wisp628
design that makes it impossible to program dsPIC's with it ?
