should i power the circuit with some power  too??
i use the modtronix EC 65 web server module...

i would use these 470ohms resistors in series with the signal pins shown 
in the web page.
i would use the on board icsp 1 connector-      what device do i have 
switch ps+ to programm?
what would the pinout would be?
i will read some microchip pages to figure out some knowledge.

i switched the speed of the link to 115kbaud from 57kbaud  an after that 
the device no longer work.
so i think i have to flash the circuit again.
