I just found out today that Panasonic has discontinued ALL of their
7-segment LED displays. Maybe I am the last to find out since this seems to
have happened about a year ago. Anyway, does anyone know if Panasonic sold
the tooling to another manufacturer, and if so, who? Just curious.

Another interesting tidbit - the Digikey catalog still prominently features
Panasonic 7-segment displays on the inside back cover of the latest catalog
even though Panasonic has discontinued the entire product line.
