I've used Orcad 9.1 (Win98/2K/XP) for years. OrCad Capture 9.1 is 
wonderful. Orcad Layout 9.1 is indeed
horrible. But  OrCAD 9+  Capture is well-known around the world, and it 
generates nice, ACCURATE wirelists
automatically, ready for input to a decent layout program.

I am unaware of an OrCAD users' group.
