Anyone know how to extract maps from (pretty much anything publicly
available) and output them in a given size as BMP?
Here's the trick though, I need to be able to put a given location at a
given offset in the BMP.

For example, I might put muncie indiana at 300,240 in a 640x380 picture.
Center won't do.
