My Eagle release at http://www.embedinc.com/pic/dload.htm includes a few of
my libraries, mostly the PIC library.  After installation, look in the EAGLE
 > SCR directory for some scripts and in the EAGLE > ULP directory for some
ULPs that might be of use.
