I did try printing to a PS printer driver in the past, and the very last 
time I printed using PDF creator. Both times I got a PostScript error, 
unfortunately I was stupid enough to overwrite the output just now, but the 
error went something like "Invalid method: Get_.."

Remember that every time I print, I have to call the publisher to reset the 
permissions -- so I can't just try printing to every PDF print driver 
available on the internet.
