Has anyone written jtag-manipulating code for a PIC?  I had in mind
using a PIC to load a more complex JTAG device (like an ARM) with a
bootloader stored in the PICs EEPROM (or from a serial EEPROM),
particularly for ARMS that would normally have code in ROM that
they boot to (ie use the JTAG to override the normal startup.)
