no, that would not matter: code readback and copare is done before the
fuses are written.

But: you will have to use PC software and Wisp628 firmware that supports
the 18F4520. My firmware (and PC software) does not support that chip.
You might want to try Rob Hamerling's alternative
(http://www.robh.nl/picsoft.php).
