Yes.  Go to http://www.embedinc.com/picprg/sw.htm and install the
operational software.  The HEX files for the EasyProg are called PRGxx.HEX
and will be in the SRC > PICPRG directory within the software installation
directory.  You probably want to load PRG18 into you PIC.  If you want to
program dsPICs, then you need PRG16.
